Pricing
Pricing is per user, per month. It does not change by city or by which modules you enable. Parents never pay — the app is free for families, and only the institution is billed.

Prices are quoted in Turkish lira. For institutions outside Turkey, or for multi-branch and multi-country setups, ask for a quote.
No hidden costs. Remote setup, CSV migration of your existing student and teacher lists, and training are included. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract requirement.

Common pricing questions
What counts as a “user”?
Billing is based on the institution’s active accounts. Parent accounts are free and unlimited — a family does not add to your bill.
Our numbers change between terms. What happens?
Billing follows your active student count, so seasonal rises and falls are reflected in what you pay. This matters for institutions with summer programmes or short-term enrolments.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Remote setup, data migration and training are free.
Can we try it first?
Yes. A free trial is available for institutions. Get in touch and we will set your account up.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Plans can be changed as the institution grows; your data carries over.
