Minimini Okul ships as a modular platform: an institution enables only what it needs, and unused modules stay out of the interface. Below is the full set, grouped by who uses it most.
Daily records — used by teachers
Attendance and absence
The whole class is marked from one screen. A notification reaches the parent the moment the child is checked in. Absence history is kept in an exportable, time-stamped record.
Meal tracking
What was served, what the child ate and how much of it. Parents stop having to ask at pickup, and dietary patterns become visible over time.
Sleep and toilet logs
Nap start and end, toilet and nappy records — the two things parents of younger children ask about most.
Daily flow and report
Everything logged during the day assembles itself into a daily report. Nobody writes it twice.
Developmental reports
Observation forms per child, gathered into a periodic developmental report that can be shared with the family.
Activity calendar
Weekly and monthly programmes, menus and newsletters, published to the classes they concern.
Parent communication
Instant notifications
Arrival, departure and anything the school marks as urgent. If a parent misses a notification, it still sits in the day’s feed.
Photo and video sharing
Visible only to the authorised parents of that class. Not indexable, not shareable by link. Consent is collected in the app and stored with a timestamp.
Messaging and announcements
One-to-one messages with the teacher, plus class-wide and school-wide announcements.
Pickup notice
The parent taps “on our way”; the child is prepared before they arrive. Queues at the door shorten noticeably.
Surveys
Single or bulk surveys — satisfaction, trip permissions, meal preferences — answered in-app rather than on paper.
Multiple guardians
More than one authorised adult can be defined per child. Each signs in separately and sees the same information.
Administration
Tuition and collections
Who paid, who is overdue, what is due this month. Reminders go out automatically. Reports can be produced per branch or in total.
Class and staff management
Classes, age groups, teacher assignments and staff records in one place.
User management and access
New staff are added in seconds; departing staff lose access with one click. Historical records stay in the institution archive.
Bulk setup by CSV
Student and teacher lists are imported in bulk. This is what makes a one-day migration realistic.
Smart CRM
Enrolment enquiries are tracked through their stages, so no prospective family is lost between a phone call and a visit.
AI-assisted reporting
Occupancy, attendance and collection data turned into charts and plain-language summaries. A 24/7 assistant answers usage questions.
